Invites have been sent out. I need emails from the 2 people who asked to join last year and we need 1 more person after that.

Once everyone is in we can work on the keeper deadlines and draft times.

The Final Invite is sent.

The Draft Order based on last years standings are as follows.

Pick #1 - Golden Tate Bridge
#2 - Goodwin Hunting
#3 - Just Pruitt
#4 - Polska
#5 - The Matador
#6 - Fear the Conseqwentzes
#7 - Password is Taco
#8 - Laser Chaser
#9 - Show me Your TDs
#10 - Bay Harbor Butchers

We need 1 or 2 more members for our league. It is a keeper league. The entry fee is 30 dollars. The payouts are 150 for first. 90 for 2nd. 60 for 3rd.

This is a fun and competetive group that has been around for a while. Please PM me if you are interested. I have send a couple invites out. At this point it is first come first serve.

I received my invite and joined. So, do the new owners get to keep players from the previous owner's team or are they all going back into the player pool and they have to redraft from scratch? Also how do you all do keepers? If we keep 2 players, do we forfeit our first and second round picks? How long can you keep a player?

You get to keep 2 players and it is based on the round they were drafted. If they were free agent pick ups then they are kept in round 8. Players can only be kept 2 times and then they must be placed back in the pool?

Can you access and see the draft results from last year? I believe it is one of the options on the league page. It will show you the draft from last year and what rounds players were drafted in.

I found it. This is my first ever keeper league so I wasn't exactly sure how you all did it. Thanks for the information.

You should be able to view the past 3-4 years of drafts and see the little K next to the player if they were a keeper or Draft. I can tell you whomever has my old team this would be your last year to keep Gurley as a 1st round draft pick.

I can view last season, but it doesn't show players with a little K. I can only see last season and not any other seasons.

I can try and look into it for you. You can always PM who you think you want to keep. If the player was likely a top couple round pick last year but you can see he was drafted in the 8th round or later he was probably kept.

Since we're new owners and haven't had a keeper in this league, shouldn't we be able to keep players for two years regardless if the previous owner kept them? We're starting with players that we didn't draft. Wouldn't that be the most fair to the new owners?

Many of us have to return players who we would want to keep because it has been 2 years. If you have a player who is a 1st round pick but was kept in a double digit round it is unfair to keep them out of the player pool for 2 more years. We have done it this way for any other new players who came in. We had a new player who joined, had to pick the keepers from the old owners team and then got locked out of the draft and autodrafted. He won the championship 2 years later. Im sure you will do fine.

Can someone post the draft with keeper information from the last two or three years then? We're flying blind since we can't see it.

I will take a look to see. We had to create the new league page last season due to the fact the previous commissioner passed away. Which is probably why the K for keepers isn't on there. Once we set a keeper deadline for this year people can PM me their keepers. Honestly since it is football and players don't last most people do pick new keepers about 75% of the time or more.

The Final invite was sent out. Are all the returning other members good to go?

Also, the draft order was put on the first post in this thread based on last years standings.

I was looking through this league's settings and Weekly Waivers should be set to Game Time - Tuesday. This league is currently Sunday - Tuesday. You can pick up players that play in Thursday games all the way until 11:59PM on Saturday with the Sunday - Thursday setting. I only know because it's been a problem in two leagues that I have been in before.
