As a Steel Panther fan I was sold way too easily on that Air Guitar game that was one of the 10 launch games added today.

Thanks @Zivouhr, you are correct; guess I lost track of what day it is.

Since you mentioned techniques to help manage motion-related side effects of using VR, it makes me wonder what games or experiences have been the most challenging for the experienced players? For me it was Wipeout, which was the first game I played when I got my PSVR. I’m sure it is because it was my initial entry into VR and I was looking all around in amazement to finally have such an immersive experience, it’s still hard for me to go back to it. Curious if others here had that sort “nope!” moment with VR where the headset just needs to come off.

I got Moss 1&2, Kayak, Resident Evil Village, Gran Turismo, and No Man's Sky installed and ready to go! I ordered the bundle so I will install Horizon when it comes later today.

I plan on playing Horizon first

Yes, I can see how Wipeout and Robinson could make one feel dizzy. For me it was Riggs VR on PSVR1. I was fine with the other games, but that one was the first to make my stomach turn and my head get dizzy. I had to rest for an hour that first time after the game lets you jump into the air, float for a bit and then land quickly to the ground. That sudden stop from motion is usually what does it.

Hopefully the improvements of PSVR2 will help reduce motion sickness. They said haptic feedback should help a little in the headset itself.

Several friends of mine tried Riggs and most could not handle it. I had a vr tolerance built up at that point so it didn't bother me too much.

Ace Combat though... I played for about 10 minutes but once I flew close to the ground I had to quit. One of my friends tried Ace Combat and almost threw up after only playing for a couple minutes.

It was always a pipe dream but I was hoping there’d be an announcement of a Deracine update for PSVR2 by launch. It’s a shame that some of those PSVR titles will be locked on the old hardware forever.

Wonder if there will be any third party stands/ charging stations like the PSVR had?

There already are. One stand that holds both controllers and the headset and charges the controllers. Here's one:

I use to get sick back when I had a PSVR. I thought, this won't work. Some where down the line I was cured and have not had any more problems. I say that to say that some get use to it some how.

My friend who is obsessed with VR calls it "getting your VR legs." I never struggled too much with motion sickness on PSVR but Wipeout was one game that I found to be practically unplayable.

Curious how I respond to this new one but the Resident Evil 7 demo was very cool and scary but really gave me motion sickness. The driving in LA Noir: VR Case Files also made me woozy.

Yeah my headset and charger came around lunchtime, but I went to the office today.

Because the iffy tracking told me one item would come on Thursday, and another was being readied to ship for whenever I would've otherwise stayed at home I imagine doh. It's accurate now they tried to deliver it when I was out.
