Se7en Release US - Blu-ray Forum

With the recent Candadian release of Se7en being region locked to A, I'm wondering if the film will follow a similar release trait to the Blu release of Traitor which was released by Alliance (whom I believe are also responsible for the Se7en release?) in Canada region locked A, but US release was region free. (Edit - Can someone confim this is the case, I have heard conflicting reports that one is region free and the other is locked)

Does anyone have any details on when the US version will be released?

PS. Is there any release dates or details on whether American History X or 12 Monkeys will be region free?

I've seen nothing about Se7en in the rumor mill for a US release but American History X comes out April 7th in the US. I have no idea if it will be region free or not.

Well, American History X is a Warner title and IIRC Warner doesn't region code their discs.

I really can't stress how dissapointed I am in the Se7en release enough. I have been waiting for this movie for quite some time, and it is of a rather large magnitude as well, therefore one would figure that the blu ray release woud be treated with a little more compassion. I have been coming on these forums religously hoping to hear some excellent news on a wonderful US release of the movie, but nothing so far. And, I've heard the Candian release was very upsetting (changed ratio, no extras, no 1080p).
