No, they just aren't releasing as popular of movies recently as they had been before (seems mostly Korean movies). They've had a few (Prisoners, Carol) but I've noticed it's mostly movies I've never even heard of. Could just be that I'm uncultured but that's just my take on them as of late. And that's fine, it's good there is a company that doesn't just focus on box office hits for quick money.

Oi, and don't get me started on their plentiful DVD releases...

I haven't purchased anything from PA in over a year. I guess the reason for that is outlined below. Apparently they're only releasing Korean films these days.

The Hollywood movie market is pretty much cornered by the likes of HDZeta, FilmArena, Blufans and others but I still hope Plain Archive gets back into the game. They were one of the best premium labels out there. They could tackle smaller US films - that market is underserved.
