Wow, great suggestion halfmasscommute. That release would be so cool! I was just discussing that film the other day upon seeing Avengers for the third time (yes i know..I love it I dunno

)But Elizabeth Olsen is a fantastic actress and Martha Marcy May Marlene deserves a decent release, not that the regular US blu ray was bad.

Would love to see The Martian make it onto a Korean steel. I think Plain could do a good job with Bridge of Spies too.

I'd really like to see Plains do a release for I'm Not There. Wouldn't even have to be a steelbook, a scavano would be just as fine. It's hasn't been released on BD yet as far as I know and think they would be the best suited of the 3 to handle a film like this.

I don't think Plain are able to do studio films. Pretty sure all of their releases so far are independent flicks.

Maybe smaller films but I'd hardly call Zero Dark Thirty, The Wrestler, and even The Master or Frank to be independent films. Most were released by the specialty branches of big studios so I wouldn't count them out but I imagine the licensing fees would be quite high for something like The Martian.

They are independent films in the sense that they're not distributed by one major studio worldwide, nor financed by one. Frank is clearly an independent film though. But anyways, all of those films are released by local distributors worldwide, and none of them by a major studio in Korea. That's what I meant

Would love it if PlainA released Slow West as I doubt anyone else will do.

I love the promotion posters that have been released and I believe that PlainA could make something beautiful out of it.

Bullhead. Plain seem's to like Marion Cotillard. More love for Matthias Schoenaerts would be cool. This is one of my favorite films. Completely underrated imo.
