Default 4K RED ONE camera system starting at only $17,500+

It use to cost a million dollars or more for some versions of high quality 70MM or 35MM motion picture cameras. Some film stock can be around 4K-16K+ quality. This new "RED ONE" 4K camera systems can handle up to 30fps and only costs $17,500+ accessories.

Some major multi-million dollar 3-D or 2-D films have already been recorded at 4K quality using the "RED ONE" camera system (3-D films are recorded at 2-K quality currently).

The RED ONE camera system stores the 4K image on flash memory and hard drives (there is a total of 3 different storage options).

Small film companies will start using this new 4K quality low cost camera system. It would also be very good system for video documentaries. Record in 4K then downconvert the image to 1080P BLU-RAY. Then in 6 years or later when a 4K optical home format is released the recorded footage is already native 4K quality for re-release on 4K home video.

Isn't this old news?
I find this more relevant. http://eventfilmmaker.com/content.ph...in-Development

Something that I will actually buy.

I'm planning on buying one of these if I get Traumatic Possession to sell. If not, I'll just be sticking with my 720p HD camera.

I could've swore I seen the extras on Jumper and that was first movie the Red One was used. They helped them move the on/off button and other things by actually using the device and working with the company to make changes.

Correct me if I'm wrong but pretty sure it was Jumper.
