Well, I’ve had the Vizio M65-F0 for a few weeks now and it’s excellent. I haven’t had any problems. The colors are deep and the screen is bright. If I had to nitpick I’d say the remote is flimsy. I’m definitely glad I went with the M series. I was a big fan of Samsung TVs but I think Vizio has won me over.

That's a two hundred dollar savings right there. If they're both similiar TVs overall, go with the TCL.

Overall I've read slightly better reviews for the Vizio. But, like I said, it'd be a spare room/game/movie room tv. So for $200 less, I can use that toward a 4K player

Yes, you sure can, and have change left over.

Given the application, I would go with the Vizio.

Good deal. I need a new tv since my lg plasma just started to die on me. 2 huge rows in the middle of the screen with dead pixels.

Yep, will be picking up the P55 today or tomorrow. In doing my research, it seems the P-Series has slipped a bit compared to some other competitors at the non-sale price point, but at the sale price, it feels like a no-brainer to me.

Samsung NU800 or the Vizio P or the TCL 6 Series? I would be getting the 55 inch TV and will be coming from a 55 inch Samsung LED TV which is about 11 years old.

Was planning on placing an order from Best Buy for the 55" P-series today but the price increased overnight from $649.99 to $749.99. Could have done it yesterday but didn't feel like getting my laptop out. I guess I'll wait for the price to drop again.

I myself was too lazy to pick one up last week presuming that it was a Super Bowl special and turns out it was so I missed out as well.

Is the USB port on the P series a 1 amp or .5 amp? I heard if it’s 1 amp you can use it as a power source.

Straight to tv. Well I have hdmi cables in walls all high speed but I did some research it sounds like a lot of people have that problem with hdmi 1 port but it worked in the others ports.
