It's great that they're giving this short stuff a release. $60 for barely two-hours worth of content all together feels steep but I'll support it.

If I keep up with my normal pace I think I'll be caught up with watching my Gundam BD collection in early 2025. AGE is next up.

The original trilogy, CCA, and F91 are the ones that have a current 4k HDR grade in Japan right?

Thunderbolt, NT, the 00 movie, Cucuruz Doan's Island and Hathaway's Flash also have 4K BDs in Japan. Cucuruz Doan's Island or Hathaway's Flash would be the likeliest to get 4K releases next I would think, since they have yet to get domestic BD releases (unless they wait for all 3 parts to be out before releasing Hathaway's Flash). I could be totally wrong and CCA is next, but we'll have to wait and see.

MSG: Requiem for Vengeance has been announced, but has no release date. It will be a six-episode full-CGI series made with Unreal Engine and take place during The One Year War, in the European front of that conflict.

Gundam SEED Freedom has also been announced, for release in early 2024. The animation production has switched from digi-paint to 3D CGI.

Question for anyone who has the SEED Ultra Edition: is there an easy way to determine whether I have the fixed discs? I just scored an Ebay deal on a new copy, mainly because the seller wasn't sure which discs it had

On the edge of each disc there is a set of numbers, the corrected discs have HMV at the end of each number set.

...never mind, I did get the fixed discs. What this person said is incorrect

How to actually spot the fixed version: Each disc is assigned a letter alphabetically at the end of its product code, starting with G. The fixed discs add "HV" to this

So the borked Disc 1 is RSBLU2060G, while the fixed Disc 1 is RSBLU2060GHV. At no point does "HMV" appear

Looks like all three of the new Gundam BDs have been delayed until October 15th.
