Poor Phineous. His house caught fire and burned to the ground. He's lost all of his possessions. And to make matters worse he was using a cut rate insurance company (Dewy, Cheatem and Howe Insurance) so he could continue buying his discs every month. They undervalued his possessions (keep that month insurance bill low) and he will only get pennies on the dollar for what he spent.

Good luck!

I’m picking up Fanny Lye Delivered in 4K. It’s coming soon. Any of you guys getting this film?

No worries; Phineas is going to shack up with Suzy and help her spend that extra stimulus unemployment compensation.

my post was not meant to push the idea of OTA or FTAS even though I am a big fan of both, just that since the discusssion was about cable I did not fit neatly into that category. But if someone only watches live TV shows I could understand turning on the Tv and there is nothing good to watch right now. But it has been over 40 years with the advent of VCRs that people can record good content and watch it when they feel like it. Yes some streaming platforms might have a tiny bit of original TV show programming that the person might like, but I am sure the vast majority of TV programming the person watches on any streaming platform was previously shown on TV using traditional means. How can that same content be considered bad when it aired live and good when someone is picking something to stream?

Except when he arrives and asks; "where's your blu-ray player?" She doesn't have one, he immediately leaves. Now he's homeless. But fear not - he will live in a hotel/motel until his insurance money comes through. he can watch cable TV.

VS sent me a notification the UHD BD of The Beastmaster has shipped.

This story has all the makings of a Netflix original movie.

Yes, I will dig it out give me a few mins. I have a list of films that I hope to pick up throughout 2021. Some not even confirmed for disc yet.

The Beast-master is epic. The packaging alone is worth the price. Grain is present and correct, heavy in places but natural looking.
Audio is solid also.

In a bittersweet alternate ending Phineas can watch that motel basic cable TV alone on a vibrating bed. When the insurance check never arrives from Dewey, Cheatum And Howe, he sells his blood plasma to pay for his room and to keep feeding his bed quarters.

No clubbing for Suzy!
Let me ask you this does your ISP have more then one package? if so do you now have the cheapest package? Don't know about you but if I needed I could definitely move to a cheaper package and still continue using the internet to apply for jobs.

My ISP's lowest tier of service is still way more than adequate for 4K streaming; Suzy's 19.2 cents per day Disney+ subscription is safe.

Let us know if you find Tenet to be the incomprehensible mess that some claim it to be.
