Wasn't the green one evil?

I lost track of the show, since I only watched it when I was about 5, lol.

Tommy is first introduced in the MMPR mini-saga "Green with Evil." As a new student at Angel Grove High School, Tommy faces the Red Ranger and leader of the Power Rangers, Jason Lee Scott, in a martial arts tournament, catching the attention of both the Pink Ranger Kimberly Hart and the evil witch Rita Repulsa. Tommy's fighting talent equaled that of Jason, prompting Rita to turn him into the Green Power Ranger. Rita casts an evil spell to make Tommy loyal to her. Following a battle with the Putties to test his skills, Tommy's given mission is to destroy Zordon, the Command Center, and the Power Rangers, leaving the world defenseless against Rita's conquest.

Ultimately she fails and he becomes a good guy and the most bad ass ranger to ever live. Dudes an MMA champ and black belt expert in so many disciplines. Did i mention Green Ranger was my favourite? Even had this cool watch with his chest piece

I will say though, the armoured versions for the MMPR movie were the coolest damn suits ever made for Power Rangers. Period. I wish i could have suits like that, particularly for the white ranger or heck, even my favourite of Green Ranger. Also, TDK and Batman Begins costume are right up there on my most desired costumes to own if ever possible list

There are one or two minor edits that could use a little tweeking IMO, and it was made apparently using the DVD with the shortened title, but overall it is really cool, and I love the "energy" of it, especially with all of the text flying in for the actors names....

Pretty nice editing. But the creator did something ridiculous to the audio though. Must be a deaf person...

Did anyone pick up the set(s) at Comic-Con? Curious to know about the A/V quality of the episodes.

And now, after watching that video, I suddenly remember why I started hating Power Rangers so much!

...

It was the cheesy music! Plus, the sound of that Rita character, always induced vomiting!

If the movie gets a blu-ray release, I'll rent it as it would be a major laugh to see the p*ss poor quality CGI Zords in HD!

Man this is bringing me back to my childhood. If the price is right, I'm definitely getting the set (if it ever gets on Amazon).

Imagine if they made a serious and modern remake. I would say
Christian Bale: Red Ranger
Kate Beckinsale: Pink Ranger
Alton Brown: Blue Ranger
Jamie Foxx: Black Ranger
Lucy Liu: Yellow Ranger
Taylor Kitsch: Green/White Ranger.

I think I might have been a little too old to be watching it back then. I remember telling fellow classmates, "I don't watch that junk!" Then I would go home and be glued to set.

Ugh I really hope they don't keep pushing the release back until no one knows when it will come out anymore.
