Wonder Woman doesn't necessarily have to be directed by a woman, by the way. Just get whoever's best for the job, and is passionate about telling a story about the character.

I hate the fandom menace with a passion but people shouldn’t mistake genuine criticism for misogyny or racism. I thought WW84 was a POS and that opinion has **** all to do with the female cast or the female director. Who the **** cares?

I actually didn't like the first WW movie at first, I thought the World War setting was a bit drab, although I enjoyed WW84. I did rewatch the first at a later date and enjoyed it, so I can say I do like both movies. But having Steve come back again would not have made a very compelling third entry after the second movie exhausted their companionship.

The pacing on WW2 was a little faster, and it was not as bad as I was hearing. It's kind of entertaining and not a total loss, but I can see why people like the first film better, which has a more serious tone compared to the more over the top sequel with the whole 1980's theme and how Chris Pine returns.

They can keep Gal Gadot as WW, but not Superman's Cavill? Will be interesting to see how this new re-arrangement plan works as they said they're going to keep some things.

WW1 is among my favorite suoerhero films. WW84 was a letdown. WW3, if/when it happens, needs to be special to revive interest.
