I imagine if Crunchyroll/Funimation relicenses the series they could just give it the Clear Card Dub. Unless they go with the Cardcaptor Sakura The Movie 2 The Sealed Card Dub which isn’t as likely but could happen. But I bet more on the Clear Card Dub.
