Hi,

I've just downloaded the app to catalogue my dvd collection and have created an id here as part of the process. Unfortunately, no verification email has been received to confirm my account.

I've done the usual things, checked spam, autoblocked emails etc.

Can an admin member please help?

My user account is not working and I had to make a 2nd account to try to get access to my 1st account. I never got a welcome email for account "BluRayRichie", and the password reset form just doest work. =(

Did not receive the Email to reset my password for another account which I forgot the password for.
