Default Favorite Power Ranger series?

With Power Rangers: Samurai starting in 2 weeks I thought I would make a poll to see what's everyone's favorite ranger series. For me it's still Mighty Morphin Power Rangers with Dino Thunder coming in second place as it was cool to see Tommy return.

Wow, I didn't know there were that many spin-offs. I thought there were only three or four other than the original.

No he was just on Mighty Morphin but came back in Dino Thunder as an archeologist high school teacher and leader of the new rangers.
[Show spoiler]Also became a ranger later in the season

Far out-grown this now, but I voted for Lightspeed Rescue because that was the one I watched constantly as a child and didn't really watch any of the others.

Looking back on it now I find it amazing I used to watch it, which isn't me saying it's bad, just that it wouldn't appeal to me anymore.

Power Rangers in Space. It took the series to a whole other level and helped save it from cancellation after the Turbo debacle.

As most here are fans of Mighty Morphin I just found out that Bulk will be making cameo appearances in the new season of PR.

Mighty Morphing of course. Back then you couldn't get cooler than Tommy as the White Ranger

Bulk is awesomely lame.

Also, I honestly didn't know this show was still churning out new seasons

Are they all still in the same universe as the older ones?

I watched up until parts of Wild Force (like the one with all the Red Rangers, I had to tune back in for that ).

The last season I watched completely was Time Force; I skipped Lightspeed Rescue.

In Space was my #2 behind Mighty Morphing.

About a year ago (I think) I saw that they were playing Mighty Morphing on some channel in the morning and I DVR'd a few choice episodes to watch in its cheesy, ridiculously lame glory

They need to put the MM series on DVD or BD, along with the movie on BD

The movie is on DVD at least.

A friend of mine saw it at Target or something a while back and picked it and Turbo movie up for like $7 and a bunch of us went over and watched them

I had the DVD, which I bought years ago but I must've gotten rid of it or something. Funny thing is, I hate cheesy shows/movies but I love the cheesiness of Power Rangers lol

I'll probably buy it again. It's only $7.99 on Amazon

They are trying to bring back PR to what it once was as the original company now owns the rights again and not Disney and they have plans to release DVD's and even a new theatrical movie if Samurai does good enough so I say chances of us getting season set's are higher now then they used to be. Not sure about BD's though.

What I want to know is why is the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Movie considered non-canon?

I don't watch Power Rangers anymore so can't say if it contradicts anything in the TV show, so could someone just enlighten me on this.

The movie shows a different way they got the Ninja powers (in the movie from that hot jungle chick and in the tv show from that blue robot dude).

Yes, I remembered that without googling it
