Definitely TOS. I like TNG, but not nearly as much as TOS. Voyager bored me to death and I've never seen an episode of DS9. I have the animated series on DVD, but I've never gotten around to watching it. Having only seen parts of Enterprise episodes, I can't really make a judgment on it.

I'd have to say a tie between TNG and DS9... both were good series but both were very different.

The original, for sure. They are campy and silly. The newer ones are dull, in my opinion.

I hate communism, but I still love TNG. I just try to ignore the political undertones and enjoy the characters and story lines.

TNG followed VERY closely by TOS. I never got into DS9. Commander Sisko didn't do it for me. Maybe the show got better with him as Captain, and with Worf. Liked Voyager, and Enterprise a bit more that Voyager.

I loved season 4 of Enterprise. If the poll had been which was the best single season of Trek I might have gone with that.

DS9
TNG
TOS
Enterprise
Voyager

It's really hard to compare the relatively small body of work for TOS against the others.

Captains
Picard
Kirk
Sysco
Archer
Janeway

From what I hear the show really picks up in the 2nd-3rd season. If thats the case old Jean Luc Picard may have a challenge in my favorite list for best Star Trek series.
