Can anyone recommend a protective case for this? Don't wanna damage it, it's too pretty.

Is Diabolik even going to get more stock? I though this was a one (well, two) and done deal for them.

On their website it says they'll have mint and scratch & dents available after they finish shipping the pre-orders

Thatís good. They must have gotten a few extra copies to cover any that were damaged and other things. Probably gonna be pretty limited though.

I grew up with the anchor bay ultimate edition dvd box set which is the same transfer as their blu-ray. Looking at the caps-a-holic comparison between the second sight and anchor bay versions is dramatic. It makes me realize that the anchor bay version had a golden hue running over the entire film that made white walls look yellowish. The second sight version is properly white balanced and the carnivalesque appearance I always associated with the movie is completely gone. In addition, based on the caps, clothing and blood that used to be orange is now burgundy. All these changes make the second sight version feel like a serious horror movie.

I got impatient waiting for my Diabolik copy to ship, and ordered from Amazon UK last Tuesday, opting to pay extra for a gift bag/box, hoping for an extra layer of protection. It showed up Friday looking exactly like DHL handled it, and the additional bag did little to protect the corners.

I figured I could live with it, and tried canceling my Diabolik order, but less than 10 minutes after I sent them an email, they sent me a shipping confirmation. Well, confirmation that a label had been printed. Had to be a coincidence.

My set from Second Sight just arrived in absolute perfect, pristine condition. Along with the 4 exclusive art cards. Excellent packaging. Some pics.
