Hey, thanks so much! I'll have better luck getting the pressed discs from there? Will definitely keep that on my radar. Thanks again!

I bought The Dr. Kildare Movie Collection on Amazon back in 2015 for $28 and my discs were pressed. Sorry to say that Amazon isn't selling it anymore.

I'd recommend calling WB Shop and asking if they can check their inventory for any pressed sets remaining. E-mailing customer service will get you nowhere, but that's just from my own experience.

On topic: I plan on pre-ordering The Thin Man since I can't wait for the next 4/$44 sale.

Edit: My apologies, MsVampira. Amazon does have Dr. Kildare on sale here.

Still, I never thought I'd see this one get upgraded, and I'm thrilled. One of my favorite comfort movies.

Anyone remember the Dr. Kildare movies? There's a box set I'd absolutely love to see!
I could see them doing a "box" of the other 5, but they might not be new masters.

Honestly never thought I'd see a Blu-Ray release of The Thin Man.
My DVD box set gets regular play throughout the year by my family so hopefully a Blu-Ray set of the rest isn't too far behind.

and add me to the list of folks who'd love for Libeled Lady to be on Blu-Ray.

Just FYI, the 4 for $44 sales seem to not include the previous 4-6 months bluray releases, so odds are a fall or early winter sale won’t have Thin Man in it.

I’ll probably try to get it at the December Barnes & Noble bluray 40% off sale, less 10% members discount and maybe a 15 or 20% coupon. Coupons still worked on the bluray sale earlier this month.

Do you think I have a good chance of getting the pressed discs from one of these sellers? The price is definitely right compared to WBShop

Usually I prefer to wait for sales cause money is always tight, but after waiting so long for The Thin Man and wanting to encourage WAC to put out the rest of the series/more 1930's movies, I might just have to pre-order as well
