Default Adding iTunes Artwork From Deleted Releases

Blu-ray.com connects to the artwork directly on iTunes for currently available releases.

For releases that are no longer available, Blu-ray.com simply shows blank artwork- is it possible to upload the actual artwork for these, and if so, how?

Thanks.

Default Cover Artwork - No Longer Available Titles

Please can you add cover artwork to the titles at

https://www.blu-ray.com/Mini-Adventu...1164/#Releases

Or advise me how I can do it myself. Thanks in advance.

Cover from IMDB is uploaded.
From the theatrical/movie master, just click Edit images.

Hi Mezzanine, thanks for doing this for the movie title. However, I know how to do this part. With the Mini Adventures of Winnie the Pooh example, I mean the individual cover art for each iTunes release. Normally, the iTunes cover syncs with iTunes but since a number of the titles are no longer available, they are blank on Blu-ray.com so I was wondering how to add artwork to these blank no longer available titles. Any further feedback welcome. Thanks.

The iTunes artwork is driven by the iTunes ID. If the cover art is no longer available on iTunes, then it cannot be overridden.

The same is true for Amazon Prime video entries.

Amazon Prime tends to change their cover art. They can also have different cover art between .com and .co.uk. A while back, I started saving all of Amazon's cover art for movies I'm interested in, and I have old cover artwork that has since been changed, where the older artwork may be better than the newer artwork, or where the .co.uk art is nicer than the .com art.

And now they've started changing to a horizontal format instead of a vertical format

So I'd definitely suggest to evaluate this and look at hosting these images.

Out of curiosity, is the inability to add artwork to discontinued iTunes titles still the status quo? I've recently added a few defunct titles to the site for which I DO have the original iTunes artwork, as embedded in the file metadata ... I just have no way to add them. I'm guessing nothing has changed?
