Default A whole 'lotta birthdays

i don't know if this is due to a default date for account registration, but january 1 seems to be a very popular birthday for 52 year old users on this site with jibberish names, and i went 5 for 5 in picking random accounts and seeing no account activity (future spam/scam accounts?) on accounts with varying ages.

if this isn't some default date (mm/dd/yyyy) on account registration, some mod may want to look into this, as i remember this maneuver from back when i modded ages ago elsewhere, aging accounts for future shenanigans with a similar tell.

It could be a data issue -- 52 years ago was 1/1/1970, the beginning of Unix time.
