This site can’t be reached http://www.blu-ray.com refused to connect.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Could be this:
Blu-ray.com daily outages last around a hour due to scheduled Maintenance
