Casetopia has good prices but they're rather unreliable and there have been many complaints about the way they handle peoples' orders. I know of several people on this forum who were forced to send several emails before they even got a response, and then a few more to actually get their orders shipped.

http://goodwoodeshop.com/ seems to be a good shop. They used to be MegaDiscStore, and they have an ebay shop as well. The prices are a little higher but from what I know they're pretty much hassle-free.

If you want actual Blu-Ray cases, Severin sells them on their website (Severin-films.com). They're the standard 12.5mm Viva Elite cases despite the pictures making it look like generics.

That said, it's $3 a case so it's a bit pricey.
