Interesting. I redeemed the live action The Green Lantern on flixster a few weeks back and got both the GL theatrical and GL Emerald Knights in HD/X.

Has anyone redeemed a Blu-ray UV code for Enemies Closer? If so, what quality did you receive?

Does anyone know what the issue is with Little House on the Prairie? It tells me to go to redeemmovie.com and asks me to select who I want to redeem with, I select Vudu, but there's nothing on the Vudu site for Little House on the Prairie. Not for redemption and not even for sale.

If this is somehow going to be Flixster only (is that even possible? I do see it on their site only), why would Lionsgate not put the redemption site to go to as Flixster? Isn't something redeemable in UV supposed to be viewable in all UV accounts?

I've had to redeem things on Flixster before, but they always went to my Vudu account within a minute or less, but in all those cases, at least Vudu had some kind of listing for the movie. I'm afraid now that if I redeem it with Flixster, it won't go to my Vudu account because Vudu doesn't even list it.

Anyone know what might be going on? What should I do? Thanks!

I wound up redeeming via Flixster, and judging from the bits and pieces I played back, I'm pretty sure they're not even using the new HD masters for UV. Here's hoping VUDU will add this series soon and it will push over to my account…

I saw this on a cable channel recently and it looked no better than I remember it looking growing up. I assumed that it was just a standard def. picture being displayed on an HD channel. I mean, it didn't even look marginally upconverted.

Did it look that bad for you? Because this won't be one of those issues where it's close. When it comes over to Vudu in HDX, if it doesn't look somewhat close to the new screen caps, then we'll absolutely know they didn't use the same masters. There won't be any guessing or speculation because it won't be a shade of grey. It will be black and white. I sure hope that doesn't end up being the case.

Actually, I just took another look on my iPad since Flixster was having issues buffering on my iPhone earlier, and the quality does look better. It also appears to be from the HD transfers, because the pilot is pillarboxed for 1.85:1. Strangely, even though I told it to play "High Definition," the player says it's SD, so not sure what to make of that since I redeemed the Blu-ray code… :-/

You know a lot of studios won't allow HD to be viewed on portable devices. You might have just been seeing things in SD, which would certainly explain a lot. I pretty much watch everything on one of my plasmas, so hopefully I'll see a big difference, because the screen caps are better than I could have imagined. Of course it would help if Vudu would get the listing up, because I'm too nervous to redeem the code in Flixster only to be told later it will only play where you redeemed it. That shouldn't happen, but I'm not going to take a chance.

I tried watching some episodes via the Flixster app on Roku, but every single one gave me an "unexpected error," which doesn't exactly instill confidence.

The Flixster iOS app does allow HD playback but only with certain titles, and apparently LITTLE HOUSE is not one of those, at least for now...

So angry now. I just redeemed Enemies Closer on VUDU and it's in SD. Guess we need to either contact Lionsgate as I don't think this is a VUDU problem.

Just so you know, I opened a case with Vudu since I redeemed the code there and I was able to get them to change it to HDX. I cited the code sheet saying "Digital HD" on it and they agreed. In order to get Vudu to actually fix it, open a case and send a picture of the code sheet. Then PM one of their Forum moderators asking for the status of the case otherwise expect it to take a couple of weeks to get fixed. PMing the Vudu forum moderators will expedite the process....

Yep, this appears to be a widespread problem on Enemies Closer. My Blu-ray code of Enemies Closer just redeemed in SD.

I also hate having to deal with VUDU's tepid customer service.

Just sold Double Indemnity and Touch of Evil on the forum.
Both from blu.
The buyer said they're redeeming in SD on VUDU.
Which is weird, because they're redeeming in itunes in HD for me.
Anyone else have this problem?
