I'd almost be willing to do it for free for some of the movies I really want them on...

I still have an old, first gen Apple TV with a ton of iTunes Extras 1.0 loaded on it, just for the hell of it...

For all we know the extras be might available but are lying on a server somewhere because someone didn't press ENTER

This is Universal after all.
