I would assume, these two:

Edit: Forgot about The Wrestler Full Slip from Plain Archive. Definitely the rarest.

Damn that's good. I only say a maybe because I don't see it in everyone's collection, and the few I see for sale are usually 40-50 bucks.

This thread is a joke. People can't tell the difference between rare and expensive. I don't know if I should laugh or not if the PA Wrestler steelbook is considered the rarest.

Well the question was Rarest you OWN. Maybe the person who said Wrestler doesn't have very many that weren't readily available from a retailer. No need to make fun of them...

Well not everyone can think of/owns a truly rare steelbook, so they said what they could, like myself. There's really nothing other than price, proof of print run, or how often you see them to determine how rare something is, so idk what you expect people to do.

What's the rarest one you own? Maybe you should contribute instead of just making fun of the thread, especially since it's obvious you didn't even understand or read the thread title.

Think the rarest I own is the Hurt Locker G1 steelbook from BB.

Back to the OP. My rarest going by numbers is the Zavvi Star Trek release (1000) which is lower than my Blufans and Kimchi Steels atm.

I think the rarest one I have is the Blufans Star Trek: Into Darkness Tri-pack with the villain ship, I think they only made 90-100 of them.

Have a few, but this one is my favorite. The steelbook itself it's not rare, only the slip.

It does appear they are still available through their website, though I did not check their Facebook page. Currently available in limited quantity on Diabolikdvd as well. The supply is getting relatively low on the first one though, from what I last read.

What can I say, I'm not an avid steelbook collector. I do own 15 hardboxes limited to 66 copies each, if it makes you feel better. Rare enough?

You found it in mint edition? At a flea market? For 2 dollars? Nice...

I sell my rare steelbooks to hardcore collectors.

Honestly, if it's a movie I don't want to watch again, it's up for sale. 6 people on here probably have my Thor, Thor 2, Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Mars Attacks, and Nero steels...

So you don't put your rare steelbooks for sale at your local flea market?
