Ya, for whatever reason, e-mails take forever to get replied to. Phone them. Dont' use the extension (whenever I try it just hangs up!) but dial through the number prompts and you'll talk to someone (most likely Erica) who is very helpful and will assist you with your orders.

Maybe they are waiting for the last item to ship to deduct the discount.

Thanks! Calling worked wonderfully. Yeah, she was confused as to why I wasn't getting the discount, but she is just going to adjust them to work out in the end. So, I say go for it, as they seem to be pretty great so far.

ive been trying to place an order since last night but after i click "ship to this address" a page cones up that says server error...anyone else having this problem?

I just tried it and it's working for me, both signed in and as a guest. Not sure why you keep getting the problem. Try clearing cache and cookies?

I figured it out, cant check out on mobile site, i had to switch it over to full site view. anyways, i preordered UHF and The Dark Half, ended up saving about $10 more than my amazon order

Granted, I got 3 pre orders and an out of stock item and 1 in stock item and I assume they're going to wait til they can ship at least 2 out at once...

They ship each item out separately, so any items that are in stock should ship out within the next business day or so.

I am surprised this is not getting bumped up more.

I should preface to say, I have no experience buying from them if you are into Criterions, they are about as cheap as I have seen them for sometime for us Canadians. I put 4 in my basked at after taxes and shipping (less the discount), it comes to just over $100. I doubt us Canadians buying online from B&B during the upcoming sale will have better luck, especially with the dollar falling like a stone . . .

The only thing that worries me is pretty much everything is out of stock or for pre-order even though the titles have been released.

In my experience, it usually takes a week or two to ship out of stock items. But it seems to be quicker for Criterions. Zeus is run by Entertainment One who distribute Criterion in Canada. That may be why they are cheaper and quicker to get stock.

Cool, and I am cool with that, just as long as I get them. The fact the La Dolce Vita is still there as a Pre-Order, well just wanted to make sure that they will still ship.

For reasons I'm still not clear on, I just received a phone call from Zeusonline informing they just shipped by Sundays and Cybele, and It Happened One Night. I asked about the rest of my order (which is Criterions released in October and November), and the woman told they were still backordered.

Never again will I purchase from them. I purchased two seasons in August, I received them. However, they sent me the same seasons two weeks later again. I was double charged. They asked me to send them back. I did and still no refund. I wrote countless emails. No luck.

they wont/don't answer emails.. you need to call them aboot it.
