The 90's/2000's D&D PC games have great remake/remaster potential. Neverwinter Nights has been updated for modern systems and is slowly being remade for it, with new render tech and VFX. The others definitely need graphical overhauls, but are still fun to play, and some of them are enjoyable as is.

i would be happy if the xbox buffy game got a remake just keep the audio from the original and upgrade the visual to xbox one x or if it could be a xbox series x game. but it will probably never happen because of rights issues because disney owns buffy now

Since a new Riddick movie is in the works, I really want to go back and play The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay for Xbox. Maybe they can do a remake as a tie-in for the new movie.

I also think Jumping Flash should be remade as a PSVR game, that would be fun.

Heretic/Hexen. Would love to play an updated version of those games. Is Raven Software still around in some form?

Raven is still around and surprisingly robust, with a few dozen employees at the least. They are an Activision sub that works entirely on COD titles now. Due to the ZeniMax and Activision adversarial relationship putting the rights into contest, the franchise is effectively dead without a compromise or rights being worked out for additional releases, but you can enjoy fan updated/patched versions of the games that use 3D acceleration and such.

Silent Hill 1. And a faithful remake please with 2020+ graphics. Same goes for Metal Gear Solid 1. Now someone just has to buy both IP's. Any volunteers?

A Dead Space remake with next-gen graphics would be awesome too but I'd settle for a good remaster with 60 fps too.

The Saboteur. Again I'd settle for a remaster but I loved that one.

Max Payne 2 (though just a remastered re-release on current or next gen would be nice)

Resident Evil: Code Veronica (desperately needs one, this is the true RE3, and currently feel a bit cheated out of it with Capcom jumping to RE4)

Silent Hill 1, 2 and 3 (if we could trust Konami to do it)

A 'Strike' game (e.g. Desert/Jungle/Urban/Soviet/Nuclear - again, just remasters and a re-release would be nice).

While I certainly don't think it needs a remake, I'd love to see Bloodborne get a remaster, especially in regards to the addition of antialiasing.

Count me in for Silent Hill 1 and Dino Crisis as well. Both were staples during my childhood, and it would be amazing to have smoother textures and animations for both, rather than the old school blocky polygonal stuff.

After the tragedy of Silent Hills' cancellation, it's left me clamoring for an updated Silent Hill game. The graphics were beautiful, and the realistic style helped the horror element. Lisa, despite not being as intricate as intricate as many of the other SH monsters, was instantly creepy and memorable. SH 1's monsters were fairly grounded, at least compared to other entries in the series, and to see that in better detail would be great.

With all the RE remakes in recent years, I'm surprised Capcom hasn't done Dino Crisis. Sure, it wasn't the smash hit of RE, but it was a pretty dang good game anyway, and Regina was a pretty capable heroine back then. How many survival horror dinosaur games do we have? The T-Rex fights were tense even back then, and it was one of the first games, at least in my life, that had enemies that could follow you between doors/loading screens. With that updated tech of the relentless monsters- like Siren, Alien: Isolation, Outlast, etc., it could make for some very tense encounters. The only thing I'd really want them to tweak would be the branching choices- there's only like 1 or 2 that you make, and the outcomes are largely the same from what I remember. Maybe add a few more, and give them greater consequence. We just don't have enough games with scary dinosaurs, dangit.

The upcoming game Graven is the endorsed spiritual successor to both games, so that too will feed your hunger for Hexen/Heretic.

Master of Magic hands down.. such a tragedy that it never got an official sequel or remake. I run the MoM FB & Discord groups so we're all waiting with baited breath to see what Slitherine do with the license now that they've wrestled it from Atari's IP dungeon.

HD non-3D remakes of early Civilization games would be interesting too.

Over on consoles yeah I agree with whoever posted it above that Resident Evil Veronica X could use the Capcom big budget remake treatment. Would have made a better Resident Evil 3 than Resident Evil 3 lol.

Wonder Boy 2 in Monster Land is another one I'd kill for a remake for.

Would have said Alex Kidd in Miracle World but now that IS getting a remake haha! So instead I'll say "when you're done with Miracle World, how about doing Alex Kidd in Shinobi World next" haha.
