Getting iPhone repair service at Best Buy.
I don't have an Apple store close by (over two hours away) but I did see my local Best Buy is an authorized Apple Repair Center. Has anybody used them before? I have two unlocked phones (a 5 and a 6S) I'd like to get new batteries for. One is my moms and I'm wondering if you have to restore from a backup or re-enter any carrier settings when you get a new battery. I wasn't sure if the phone gets wiped or not and I'm having difficulty reaching anybody at my local store.
