There have been a few Nendoroids that have tempted me but I've yet to pull the trigger on any.
The chibi aspect just doesn't appeal to me.
Same logic I hold with POPs, if I can find a more realistic representation That's my preference.
I of course see the appeal in them but with so many other items fighting for my coin, something had to give way.

I'd also like to mention that I've received one my long awaited Kurumi's, the Kimono version (from TOM).
I'll take a couple of pics soon.

Lots of characters only received Nendoroids from lots of shows, I usually skip the Nendoroid if they get a good figure though also get both sometimes.
Uzaki above is a prime example, the big boobs usually don't translate to chibi form although Uzaki, despite her figure, isn't that great looking in regular form too. Also Nendoroids are MUCH cheaper (and have lots of accessories) so in her case I might just go with the Nendoroid.
Echidna from re:Zero I'd probably get both. So she can have tea with Subaru you need the Nendoroid.

Tessa is pretty cheap right now on Amazon Japan . Actually dropped a little more after I bought her . Way better in person then the pictures and also comes with a clear file packed in . Ryoko is not to bad priced there either .

Was very grateful last month I was able to get some of the figures I had been wanting for great deals or at least well below current going rate . Still spent more then I probably should have last month ,but I’m happy with these and my budget is still planned out for the rest of the year .

One Senko is to display opened . Don’t usually buy more then one of a figure ,but it’s just such a nice looking figure I wanted to have one loose and sealed .

Now hopefully Amazon Japan will ship here . As of now Chiyo they won’t and Amiami shipping is way to high for B-Style as long as DHL is all they will use .

I’m in the US . I don’t like doing figure pre-orders with TOM since I got to pay the full amount upfront .

Pochi Iida is the original character designer for Mamako and she is the creator of Chiyo .

What's wrong with paying upfront? I seem to be literally the only guy on the forums who prefers to pay upfront, as I can better track my finances, and I don't end up spending a ton on stuff just because I know I may have that money in the future.

I prefer upfront payment myself for pre-ordering.

For me I’ve had a few bad experiences over the years with paying upfront . I’ll do it if it’s the only choice like with subscriptions for items or extremely limited stuff ,but tend to avoid it if possible .

So just personal preference because of previous experiences.

The trick is to use paypal credit so you can pay it off over 6 months and with figures they easily get you to that $99 minimum.

Oh and didn't know that about Pochi, dang she did the original doujin of that character too? o_O
