Just tried both titles now with the App & they worked!

Looks like there was a connection error code during my first couple of attempts with them. A GTIN number was generated by the App, which confused me ��

I see. The same thing happens to me on occasion. I just retry until it generates the UPC.

I add movies to my collection as I order new ones (while still trying to add old ones that I've owned for year as well) sometimes changing them from wishlist to my categories, and for some reason on some titles I add them and see them in my list, then the next time I check they're gone. I've had Collateral, Dead Heat, Dune, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Everything Everywhere All at Once, Mallrats, Time Bandits, Adventures of Baron Munchausen, Rain Man, all three new Indiana Jones pre-orders and others do this over the last month or two. I've had to add them all 3-4 times now. I'm too scared to check the blu rays and DVDs since there are so many. But I've accidentally ordered movies twice due to this, when I look them up on my collection they're not there, even though I just bought it and added it when I purchased it. Thankfully this has only happened with a few DVDs and 1 blu ray, and 1 4k pre-order (Time Bandits I saw it on sale from a different vendor than I ordered the original copy from) which I could cancel since it's still not out yet. The used DVDs/BD I just gave to my sister.

My guess is this is your issue. When moving to categories and you then view your collection with filters in place or settings on the mobile app to not show categories at all. I've tried messing with categories to create organization, but my issue with that feature is that once it's in a category, it's no longer in the main bulk... so (somewhat) unintuitively, "categories" are not like labels, where you could have multiple categories on a single title. They are actually moving the title to another bucket, out of the main collection. This affects listing and reporting and thus is not something I really use anymore.

Again, that is my presumption on what your issue is... I could be wrong though. Hope it helps.

I use a laptop, no cell phone no apps, so no I don't think that could be it. And I only moved 3 maybe 4 of them from my wishlist the bulk of them were just added. With the computer version I've moved things around and never have had anything "disappear" so maybe that's only an issue with phones? I've checked again and everything seems to still be there. I guess I'll just have to double check everything when I receive it (and hope it doesn't fail me when I'm doing pre-orders) to make sure it's still in the collection. I try to order most things from one place (but sadly they don't tell you you've ordered it on it's page, kind of wish they did) but I've ordered a few things direct from Arrow/Shout/KL and other retailers then because I put them in my collection here I proceed to forget, thinking when I look it up I'll know I ordered it already. haha.

Is there any way to more precisely catalog the condition of items in one's collection? Since I'm buying almost all of my collection second-hand, some way of knowing whether the titles I have are complete would be much appreciated.
