Adding a title to the database?

I added Uncle The Complete Series German Edition DVD title to the database but I can't get the artwork updated. I've uploaded artwork before & it worked. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. Here's the artwork

I also added Marry Me Season 1 US DVD with the date 2014-2015 when it should be just 2014. I tried to manually update that but it didn't take. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You are right, I didn't read properly. I thought it said 1 disc set, but you actually wrote 3 discs in 1 set! I will add this, thanks for info!

I get that the two Spider-Man DVDs might've been bootleg, as I got them on ebay (I thought there were Canadian-only releases released without Marvel's approval or something) but the Video Games Live BR is not fake. I bought it directly from the Video Games Live concert store when I saw them live several years back. Given that it seems to have the same content as Level 2, I'm thinking it may be a concert-exclusive version of the Level 2 blu-ray.
