Days Of The Dead Horror Con Houston - Blu-ray Forum

I've never been to a convention before but my husband and I are going to the one in Houston this September. I've already bought our tickets. I'm not familiar with how they work so this is why I'm asking....do stars *usually* charge you to autograph your memorabilia (Blu-ray, poster, etc)? What about taking a picture with them? Does it just vary from star to star?

I appreciate any help.

It is very likely that you will be charged for both autographs and photos.

Celebrities will charge for an autograph. Sometimes they will do selfies at their table (which they will also charge for, but will usually do a combo for an auto and selfie).

I know that Days of the Dead also has photo ops. These are photos done by professional photo ops companies (I think that DotD uses Froggy Photos).

I go to the Days of the Dead in Atlanta every year. It's a great con. Best part is that you get to meet so many people, but the con isn't too big.

Yea I'm excited to meet Adrienne King, Amy Steel and Debra Hayes.
Judith O'Dea, Kyra Schon and Russ Streiner are also gonna be there. Hope they aren't too expensive for autographs. I would be ecstatic with just the Friday the 13th ladies. But I'd love NOTLD autographs too!

Is there a way to get a refund? I've contacted the organizers and DOTD themselves and I can't get ahold of anyone whatsoever. I see it says sometimes they will give you a refund under certain circumstances. But I can't get anyone to respond at all. I've been trying to for over a month and Ive sent an email to where they said to and I still haven't heard anything.
