The new OVA from 2018 that adapted an additional chapter and the artbox is all that's new here. Said OVA is currently exclusive to this set and may not see an individual release, it was the same way in Japan where it was exclusive to the 2018 Blu-ray Box. The discs don't have any additional content, nor improvements such as more readable subtitles. YYH was released prior to FUNimation improving their Blu-ray subtitle font after complaints they were hard to read in brighter scenes.

Currently Amazon.com has more than 500 copies of 30th Anniversary Box Set and the scheduled shipping date is May 15th. Does this mean that it's getting reprinted?

The Yu Yu Hakusho 30th Anniversary Box Set Blu-ray is currently back in stock via Amazon. It’s interesting no other retailer seems to be getting more copies. Perhaps this batch is exclusive to Amazon?

Mine came in a bubble bag. The sealed plastic is complete and intact, and there don't appear to be any dents or blemishes on the package.

I watched the first season decades ago on [adult swim] but never bought the blu-rays or any of the old DVDs. Looks like I got lucky. Hopefully I'll have the right discs when I open it.

It’s the North American release. You can tell because the info sheet lists the discs as Region A and B while the U.K. version only lists the box set as B.

The 30th Set looks great and includes the TV show + OVAs, just a shame it doesn't feature the movies, too. You know, for an all-in-one set.
