Hello. I have been a member for awhile now and out of nowhere I am being prompted to verify my account. My collection is updated on my phone but it's not updated on the website and I prefer the website as I can sort chronologically where as the app only lets me sort my title. Please manually verify/activate my account for me so I can sync/update my collection on your browser website.

I was not sent a verification email. I would like to verify my account as I am guessing that is why my collection is not updating or displaying properly on your website? I have 1089 scans on my phone through the app but your browser is showing like 998 or something like that. I want to create a printable list of my movies in chronological order and you cannot sort chronologically on the phone..... verify my account and fix your website....

I know it's been 7 months already (This just now occured to me), but this account won't be marked for eventual deletion if I don't verify it, will it?
There was never any welcome email, and all I really need is to be able to browse the forums and catalog my collection. So I didn't bother as my requirements are already met. If verification is necessary, I request assistance in making it so. If it is not necessary, then I am fine with the current status quo. |
