I think we'll be seeing the slim revision at E3.

Out of the box, it doesn't. You have to scroll over to the Microsoft Store, search Bluray player, download and install the app just to do so. How completely redundant is that? The Xbone UI is completely un-user friendly, and they market it as a unifying experience? Ha! Also just had to help my friend get an RMA for a disc drive that wouldn't play discs and even take some in without much applied force; all within months of buying brand new. Their site locked me on Step 4 saying that the e-mail is invalid, even though I was signed in with same one, and after 4 reps (2 of which hung up on me; 1 helped with an alternative solution that didn't work, but nice to try all angles before taking final RMA step) finally got it all worked out and sent to them. When he gets his Xbone back tomorrow, HE came to me saying he wants to sell or trade it and go PS4. That was what I told him in the first place, since the UI on that as a media player is much more organized, and most games on consoles are multi-platform with the only true exclusive on Microsoft is Halo... which they announced that Halo Forge is coming to Win10, with rumors that ALL "exclusives" for Xbox will come to WIn10 via the Microsoft Store. And why would you spend over $300 on Xbox as a Blu-ray player, when you can buy a capable Blu-ray player with 4K upscaling from Sony or Samsung for $90-$130???

tl;dr-- Xbone is selling A LOT less than their competitors for a reason.
