List of available movies not (or not yet) available in North America - Blu-ray Forum

Was looking to order Batman from amazon.co.uk, and thought I might throw a few other movies in, can't seem to find a list of movies that aren't available in Canada or the US. I also have Almost Famous in my cart, but can someone direct me to some sort of master list of movies I can't get in R1 (but are region free

)

I guess it's not quite up to date.. just the one example I found already, The Italian Job isn't listed under US releases, but it's out domestically.. Just need one extra step of research I guess

Stuff like the Wanted Steelbook would be good to have listed as well

I have it. Picture quality is disappointing as the print needs to be cleaned. Strickly for huge fans of the film, as I doubt this will see a US release anytime soon (if ever)...

Just want to post a followup question.. it looks like the Notebook is a single disc (not fancy scrapbook pack).. if I order today, will it be here by the end of next week?

I forgot where you live. It depends really. If you're buying it from Amazon.co.uk then yeah it'll be the single-disc edition and if you order it now, I think they won't ship it until Thursday, unless they send it tomorrow, which can happen. There's a slight chance you might get it Saturday (if you get post on Saturdays, once again, I don't remember where you're from).

Oh, that's unless you go for Priority Mail that costs like a gazillion £.

Never Ending Story is OK, better than the crap Warner released on DVD anyway. But the print need massive cleanup.. and even tought, this film use SO much Optical Effect that i'am pretty sure it will never look good.

The film start to look very nice when the story begin in the book. The first few scene in the 'real world' are have quite a lot of damage (back spot) in them..
