Default Halo film on Blu-ray

i was reading another post about how universal sold the halo film rights to fox, which is exclusive to blu ray

wouldnt that be weird if they made the movie and it came out on blu ray?

cuz halo is microsoft and they are 100% for hd-dvd

MS is basically who's keeping HD-DVD alive today along with Toshiba.

If MS weren't so strong behind HD-DVD, it would be long gone.

I think the poster meant that Microsoft supports downloads. If backing HD DVD confuses the market and hurts HD disc adoption, then that works to their advantage.

That is, they don't so much support HD DVD as are trying to hurt Blu-ray.

MS is at the mercy of whoever pays for and distributes it. Plain and simple
