Are these black frames/black-outs that people are seeing/describing taking place in the film around 55-56 minutes in during that sex shoot( the rougher one)? You see the two male partners in her scene aggressively thrusting with various close-ups of their bodies and faces, mostly from her POV, but no actual penetration, and the scene quick cuts to black screen multiple times throughout? That’s the only time I remember seeing quick fades to black throughout ANY of the sex scenes in the film, and there are plenty of closeups of erect male genitals in this scene and others(never any explicitly visible penetration, always shot at a slight angle so you kinda think you see it but don’t quite) and female nudity throughout this scene and the rest of the film that are not otherwise “censored”. I don’t remember seeing any male or female genitalia blocked by black bars, just these quick fades to black screen during this one scene, which suggest she’s slightly blocking out some of the trauma she’s experiencing during the shoot, her mind fading in and out. Is this what everyone is referring to when they refer to black bars or blackouts, or are there other instances?

Yeah, it seems to be a artistic choice with that scene you mention.
