Just to officially set anyone who cares at ease, the UK release is region-free (including the Amazon UK exclusive bonus disc).

Yep, that looks familiar, getting my money back minus $10 for shipping, bummer. Especially since BF Amazon had this for the same price but I already had it, grrr

Any chance the Conquest & Rebellion bonus disc would be included when the complete (Season 1-8) series is released?

Could be, or maybe added to an already included bonus disc. It’s only a 45min animated short. So it should take up too much space.

They could have a field day with extras when the whole set is released, there's all those Amazon exclusives for starters, should be interesting.

Got my sigil copy over the weekend. Ironically, when I tried redeeming under GOT Season 7 in vudu, i received "something went wrong" error. I then redeemed it fine in iTunes and went back to Vudu and used my code to redeem 1-7 (bundle) and it worked! Now, I have two GOT sections in MY TV area, both will all 7 seasons. Not sure what happened.

I have only kind of been following this thread, and I am a little confused. Is the new season 7 code unlocking everything (meaning all seasons 1-7 ) in iTunes when used?

Would you happen to know if they started doing those bonus discs in season three, or did they start before that?

The bonus discs with "exclusive content" go all the way back to S1.

Yep, they’ve never not been, though, beginning with Season Four, non-U.S. Amazons started offering exclusive bonus discs that compiled all the retailer exclusives split across domestic Best Buys, Targets and Walmarts.

If it’s useful for anyone:

JB-HiFi in Australia has had bonus discs with all exclusives since Season 2. I recently tracked down the S2 and S3 discs I was missing.

I think FNAC in France similarly has also had complete bonus discs since S2.

Anyone know of a retailer which had a Season 1 bonus disc with all the features?

I still haven't bought Season 6 or 7. I'll get around to it eventually.

I really loved this season, but did anyone else get the impression that Westeros became really small? Perhaps its because the pace was faster and the season shorter?

I think some of that “smaller world”vibe might be from main characters that haven’t shared the same scene since early seasons.
Also Dragons! The only way to travel the lands, in style!

There were general complaints throughout when the season was airing of characters 'teleporting'.

Dany's journey in episode 6 flat-out doesn't make sense. I love the show but that's a definite "turn your brain off" moment.

Complaints about “teleporting” in a show filled with(in no particular order):

Dragons, magic, animated corpses, impossible engineering, three-eyed crows, fantastically clean teeth and face swapping(regardless of height/weight).

Gosh darn it, that “teleporting” really takes me out the fictional world this show has created.

I just figured the quick travel times were due to the season being shortened and the need for more plot to finish the show. Liked that this season had more "action." It just seemed like more happened, more quickly.

I figured they were just fast travelling like in Skyrim.
