Hi All !
I have a little concern about this service. I will give you an example. Please help me how this situation will turn out. Thank you. Scenario : -Moviesanywhere Account A (4000 titles inside the account) -Moviesanywhere Account B (1000 titles inside the account) - Itunes Account C ( 0 movies purchased inside itunes) I have my itunes account C linked with the moviesanywhere Account B. It s mean I have 1000 titles inside itunes Account C. I decide to unlink moviesanywhere Account B from my itunes. Now I decide to link moviesanywhere Account A with my itunes account C. I receive 4000 movies inside itunes Account C. I wait 181 days and unlink moviesanywhere account A from my itunes. Now I link back moviesanywhere Account B with my itunes. The question is : At the end will I have 5000 movies inside my Itunes account C and only 1000 titles inside Moviesanywhere Account B ? |

Unfortunately no.
How it would work would be that your iTunes account will sync to the most recently connected MA. Using the scenario above, at the end of 180 days you would have a MA account with 1000 titles, an MA account with 4000 titles and an iTunes account with 1000 titles. Now, that being said, titles don't seem to get removed from MA unless MA get a signal from a retailer that a movie was refunded - so to permanently build a library you would want to get titles into MA as a priority. |

I have a question, I have my MA account connected to my nieces vudu account as a way of sharing but I have a few MA movies in my vudu account, if I disconnect her account then connect my account wait the 180 days or whatever and reconnect it back to hers will all the movies between both accounts stay in my MA account?

I've started a dedicated thread to discuss this here - URL deleted UPDATE - apparently the powers that be don't want us discussing this as my thread was deleted. Last edited by AZBrowncoat; 11-18-2019 at 01:30 AM. |

totally random morbid question - my partner had the passwords to both MA and Vudu, well ... um, he just died and I can't get onto his computer to get into the Excel spreadsheet where he had the passwords - I'm screwed aren't I ??

Not necessarily if you know the email address of his movies anywhere account being the one he used to sign up for movies anywhere you can request a password reset you can do the same for vudu of course you would need to be able to login into the email address he used to make the vudu and movies anywhere account

Personally I'd cross your vudu and FandangoNOW as Comcast owns both and also if your niece also has Google play movies or YouTube they can watch everything in your movies Anywhere from there.
Or just have them access your FandangoNOW because all of them link to movies Anywhere. |
