Default Question about the S5400 7.1

I'm looking to install this system by March. I just upgraded my TV from 42" to 55" and now I want the sound. I have a list of all the demo worthy movies and I want to make sure that this system will give me, and people who come over and see it, the WOW factor. Does this system have the ability to really make you feel in the movie or will it be disappointing compared to people who sink thousands into their systems? If this system will not do it, what should I be looking at instead and not spending too much more?
