Has anyone else had a ton of “spam” over the course of a few days from SVS? I’ve had to unsubscribe.

They need to sort it out. I didn't want to unsubscribe, but getting loads of emails about sales not even relevant to my location is plain annoying.
Can they not do a preferences list like some others? So you can opt out of certain emails. |

Ugh. I've been noticing my PB-1000 randomly rattling here lately during LFE scenes but tonight it broke me. I popped in Enter the Dragon 4K and the entire opening was just nothing but rattling. Granted, it's really intense bass but I've had other movies with intense bass that never had the problem before.
Putting my ear to it, it's coming from the right port. I actually have a 2nd PB-1000 for my PC/gaming setup. I decided to hook it up with the exact same settings and I didn't get any rattle for the same scene. I'm a bit of a subwoofer newb. Is there anything I can do to see what could be causing the port rattle or should I just contact SVS? From what I'm reading, could it be an air leak? These things look pretty sealed up so I don't really see much that I could do on my end. Just dreading a RMA and shipping if that's what it comes to... |

Reach out to SVS. They'll try to have you recreate the issue and capture a video of it, their engineers will review the video and then recommend form there. I had an issue with one of my older subs that had already had a board replaced previously, went through this process and they ended up sending me a brand new replacement driver free of charge.
