But I don't think Mai Mai Miracle will be a runaway in the pledging like Time of EVE and LWA2 were, or Wakfu is now... I really don't see Mai Mai reaching more than $130K tops, and that's probably being generous - I'm actually thinking more like $102K or $103K - so there may not be room for more than one or two additional stretch goals... But I could be wrong.

So, it looks like Wakfu has now surpassed 400k, meaning the new episode is guaranteed. As a downside, delivery estimates for the pledges is now slated for October. As for the new stretch goals...

Permit us to draw your attention to the first of the new stretch goals, number 7. This goal unlocks an important portion of Krosmoz history, just for you... the origins of the Smug Duck. This interactive comic will give you a glimpse into the secret life of this enigmatic figure... what other precious secrets is he hiding?

Stretch goal number 8 will give us the budget to produce a mini-feature for the making-of the new special Wakfu episode. We will follow our production team through the entire process, from conception to completion, showing you how Ankama produces the fine animation that you've so generously supported!

And finally... because we believe that miracles can happen (after all, we've seen so many of them happen in this very campaign), we are including one final reward for you, stretch goal number 9 - a second special Wakfu episode! Could yet another dream become a reality? We'll find out in 24 hours...
At this point in time I'm just happy about what we're getting. But another new episode also sounds great. A little doubtful we'll be getting to it though.

I think it'd be cool to see a Kickstarter for acquiring the rights to release Higurashi Kai and Rei here or finish Spiral....

Not blu-ray but the final CREAMY MAMI box set only has 2 days to go and is short of it's goal. Would be a crying shame to get 3 out of the 4 sets out there without it being completed. The good news is you can pledge and add on the first 3 sets as well. Which I have just done and would recommend anyone who loves old school anime to do the same. Here is the email they sent out

Greetings from Anime Sols!

Our first successful title, Creamy Mami, is reaching the final days of its goal for its final Set 4! There's less than 3 days left to pledge, but there's still more than $6000 left to go to meet the goal...

If you've been waiting to pledge and just haven't gotten around to it, pledge now! And if you haven't supported the show yet, you can add-on copies of sets 1-3 with your pledge for a complete set!

http://animesols.com/video_sets/25

And if you have pledged already, please consider upgrading your pledge to a higher level or pledging a second time... Anything to help make Creamy Mami a complete release!

It might seem like a long way to go, but there's still time for one last curtail call!

Thanks as always,
Anime Sols

I'll consider pitching in for 1-4. Thanks for the heads up.

Good timing to have pledge window close right around the 15th (payday weekend). 1st of the month would be better but meh

Any idea where to find info about adding on sets 1-3? how much does that cost? Thanks

As soon as you click on a pledge button a window will pop up asking if you want to add the earlier sets, all $40 each. I believe adding all 4 at $40 each contributes $160 to the pledge goal as well. All this happens before you finalize the pledge with your payment info so don't be afraid to hit a pledge button.

is it possible to still get these even though the 4th set is complete? I completely missed this, but would certainly be interested in it

Any new cool Kickstarter projects happening? I tried searching around but it's hard. KS own site has a terrible fuzzy search and Google kept feeding me completed kickstarters.

Dororo only needs $466 left to stream the first half of the show. This anime is in many ways the original template for future shounen shows to come. It's so close yet hasn't had any new pledges in over 8 days.

Which is ok I guess. I'm glad I was able to get Time of Eve and Bubblegum though.

Even though some elements of the series were animated in Japan, I'd still refer to it as a Western cartoon series, just anime inspired.

I tired to like Wakfu but I just couldn't. I mean it isn't bad but something about it is off. Maybe if I would have played the game that might have helped.

I admit my main incentive for backing Wakfu was the novelty of a French language "anime."

The French do have a unique style to them. Probably another reason I didn't like it.

On a side note, any other interesting blu ray anime crowd source ones going on? Say with Indiegogo or the other ones beside Kickstater?
