I just received Lost Season 3 in the mail from Amazon...why is there in slip cover on the case like there is for season 4?

Also, the things that hold the disks on the inside are very loose.

I've ordered from movies that usually come with a slipcover from amazon and didn't get them either.

Wow i love Amazon. I just called and they're sending a replacement out and I'll receive it Monday.

This order, I placed Tuesday night, arrived today with the FREE shipping! That's awesome, since it just shipped yesterday.

Lost 3 doesn't have a slipcover. There was once a cardboard case it came in, but once those were gone, they didn't replace with a slipcover.

OP: not sure if you saw my other posts about this (they've been deleted), but one of my friends contacted the studio when he lost his slipcover for Casino Royale and they sent him a new one free of charge (he just had to pay shipping). Never hurts to ask!

That's right. I suspect your replacement will be the same as the copy you already have, unless Amazon had a bunch of the first pressings sitting in a warehouse somewhere!

That's too bad. The slipcover for season three was really nice compared to the one from season four. It is heavy cardboard and has a flap that opens. Season four is just like a standard flimsy cardboard slipcover.

I can't imagine that they wouldn't fix it and give me what I requested, but then again, I was on the phone with India...there might have been some miscommunication...

I wouldn't buy camp rock... only good part is demi and joe's singing, kevin's acting, and joe shirtless (if you're into joe)

HM is more than worth buying if you're a fan

Well you guys were right...they sent the same exact thing. I called back and this time, they're just sending the slipover. Hopefully they'll do it right this time.

The best part...I'm getting a free $10 credit out of this because I complained so much!
