Decided to jump on the gift set as I have yet to pick this one up. $25 is a pretty solid price for it!

anyone knows if the battery on the boxset can be changed? I really want it but not being able to change the battery reminds of the batman 66 boxset...it's a shame really.

I don't see any way to change the battery without defacing the packaging.

Not being able to change the lights means risking the old battery leaking and damaging the package. So I would find a way to access the battery even if it means cutting.

I notice some unboxed images where the slipcover with the 4k is missing or not included in some of these sets.

Did you get a slipcover inside?, When you recently purchased from Amazon? Cheers.

This... it would be nice if someone already did it and uploaded a tutorial or something so we could do it with the minimum damage possible to the set

Yeah, I still haven't decided what to do about this situation. I knew that box was going to be a problem, but I bought it anyways. There's zero reason they couldn't have built in a tiny battery cover to remove/exchange the battery. Jerks.

This might help, as there are several images of the internals, but you'll still have to do all the dirty work of tearing it open, and there doesn't seem to be a good way of doing it. I think we're just screwed because this box is going to take some damage no matter what as we're trying to open it up.

Anybody else order this for $25? My order keeps getting delayed. It was supposed to arrive on May 30th but I received notification that I would receive it today. Never got a shipping notice. So I chatted with support. Now it's not arriving until mid June.

Sorry if it's been mentioned recently in this thread, but the UK tat-less edition indeed contains the bonus disc (1 X UHD + 2 X BD).

The latter issue might not seem to odd if not for the former ones.

EDIT: Nope, no setting saves that disc for me. Colors are just totally wrong. I honestly don’t know how on Earth I ever enjoyed it at all now. It’s so dim and lifeless - which is the total opposite of how Superman should look. The Blu-ray looks just fine, as does all of my other HDR content. I have no idea what everyone else is seeing in that disc.
+1

I can't stand it either, my greviences are in its own thread.
