I don't see why not since a prepaid CC is used just like a normal CC assuming you don't go over the prepaid amount.

The site states "worldwide free delivery" and you can add a Canadian address to your Grooves account address book.

I was reading the terms and conditions on the site and noticed free delivery isn't really "free delivery". The cost of shipping is already included in the price of the items but at least they're still cheaper than Amazon.

Quote:
4. Dispatch and Transfer of Perils

Delivery is prepaid. The price of each item includes 1.50 Euro order shipping costs which are not indicated seperately at store. An additional low order fee of 2.00 Euro pro order is added with orders not exceeding the sum 20.00 Euro. This low order fee is indicated seperately. Items are dispatched by freight collection. The packaging charged in according to standard methods, special packaging and alternative packaging are calculated at cost price. If the customer expressively desires a special mode of dispatch, we will charge the arising extra costs. These kind of special rules concerning the mode of dispatch, have to be issued anew for each order. All carrying charges of the Deutsche Post AG are inclusive of VAT.

Transfer of Perils. Delivery will be carried out at the risk of the purchaser. The transfer of perils is implemented in the moment of delivery to the haulier and thus the purchaser. In the case that dispatch is not possible, without our contributory negligence, the risk is passed on when rediness for dispatch has been signed. This also applies to "carriage paid" delivery. All returns are shipped at the orderers own risk.

All of the titles I had in my cart disappeared and they don't seem to be available anymore.

Anyone know what happened to Grooves Inc?

I have never ordered Blu-rays from them, but Grooves is cheaper on many different CDs than any other retailer in the world.

Grooves have been tremendous for me. Dark Ride arrived today in the UK and it shipped on the 31st. Pretty much the same with Behind the Mask that I ordered a month or so earlier.

In the UK at least you only get customs fees if the value of the item is over 18 and they happen to notice. Personally I've only ever had to pay customs fees once and I've imported hundreds of items.

I didn't think to check or know if Switzerland were in the EU, as I believe you only pay customs on items shipped from countries who are not part of the EU. Anyway, I have ordered from them three times (each time 2 DVDs) and they have been superb, they have sent the title separately so even if they did get seen by customs I wouldn't pay anything as the value is too low. Do they generally do that with larger orders as well?

Another high recommendation for this great store. Beats getting shafted by scammers on Ebay charging 5-6 euros shipping on something that only costs 1.70 euros to send, or the 7-8 euros amazon charge!

Hmm...I ordered HDTV Babes Vol 1, Silent Hill, and Transmorphers. Oddly Transmorphers shipped out on Friday and the other two shipped on Saturday and oddly Transmorphers arrived Tuesday from Switzerland yet the others still haven't arrived yet. Strange. Hopefully the others get here tomorrow. If not, I'll be shooting an email.

I've never used them before, but Flight Of The Navigator was very nicely priced, so we'll see.
