I need to see more of Cronenberg's films. I loved The Fly and A History of Violence.

Crash is good but quite disturbing.

I loved Mulholland Drive and Eraserhead. He's definitely an innovator.

Yes, great films. My faves are Twin Peaks (the movie also) and Elephant Man.

Imagine if Lynch shot a Halloween movie! I hink it is fair to say it would be more than a little strange.

Dude... Things just got weird.

-My first movie theater experience was Superman II. Been my favorite Superman movie since.

-I'm a drummer. I started playing when I was 3. I currently play in a Mötley Crüe cover band. I've loved Tommy Lee since I was about 9 years old. I also love Tool. Danny Carey is insane!

-It goes without saying that Halloween is my favorite horror movie. (If not my favorite movie, period.) I am a big fan of the Thorn trilogy and H6 was my first Halloween theater experience. For that reason alone, it's one of my favorites. Also, I genuinely like the movie.

-RZH2... Love it. It's grown on me like a fungus. A really good fungus.

Sooooooooooo.........
Are we besties?

Wow...this is weird man. We have so much in common. My first Halloween film in the theaters was 4 (which was an amazing and traumatizing experience haha). 6 was such a great one to see in the theater as well, and I remember the ending, and DP's scream, giving me chills.

Agreed on RZHII. There is just something so unique about that movie that just works for me. I love it, but I can see why some hate it. Weird. It's definitely developing a cult status though, which is cool.

I saw Motley Crue back in '99. That was a great concert, but Tommy Lee was out of the band at the time, which really bummed me out. I grew up on them though...love their stuff.

Thanks for commenting. I'll send you a link to my YouTube review channel. I have an unboxing of a Halloween 6 mask that is scheduled to publish tomorrow.

I'm really wanting to see that, but don't know if it will come to my theater. Hopefully we get a VOD release soon. I'll buy it on Blu-ray if I really like it.

Just wondering, why do you only link to your YT channel via PM? Why not plug it in your signature, let everyone know about it without having to ask? (I'm subscribed BTW, it's solid.)

Since my last post here, you've become my #1 match on the collection matcher. Horror rocks!

I used to have it in my signature, but I got flagged for advertising. I guess it's against the forum rules. Thanks for subbing!

I've been away a while, so I apologize if you've already covered this in a dedicated thread but...

Thoughts on "Halloween Returns"? Excited? Dreading it? Cautiously optimistic?

It has been scrapped hasn't it? Or at least put back. I was under the impression it is getting a rewrite.

I have quite a few videos on Halloween Returns on my Youtube channel. I'll PM you a link. I'm cautiously looking forward to it. They recently delayed production to work out some issues with the script. Hopefully they get it back on track.
