Seems like French might be the more "correct" dub. Thanks for the reply.

Update on Bloody Friday:
Quote:
We just had to wait a long time for the final interview. Right now, we're working on the last details and already have a street date which we'll announce shortly. Already preparing the next update. BLOODY FRIDAY is definitely coming this year and we think the long wait will be forgotten once the final specs are known.

There is a second print run now, 500 copies, without the slipcover:

I'm surprised no one has mentioned that Subkulture is also releasing MESSAGE FROM SPACE (1979) on blu-ray as well:

Quote:
The Extras:

Foreword by Sonny Chiba
German theatrical version
Audio commentary by Pelle Felsch and Jörg Buttgereit (for Theatrical Version)
Documentation: "Message from Earth"
Picture Gallery
German Trailer
3 Original Trailer
Unfortunately, it looks like there is only German and Japanese audio and German subtitles.

More info at bluray-disc.de.

Blu-ray.com page is here.

Bloody Friday is pretty damn good, so I'll pick that up, but Blood Spattered Bride is an absolute must for me. Is there any update on that and when it will be released?

Thanks.

So there isn't a plot synopsis or even any user reviews on IMDB. Good translate doesn't do a great job on the blurb on their site. Has anyone seen this film that can give a brief summary (no spoilers) and yes/no recommendation?

If this is the correct film then here's a German critic review of the film

Diabolik have additional copies of the OOP Mill of the Stone Women disc in stock.

When I copy and paste the link it doesn't work as an embedded hyperlink:

http://www.diabolikdvd.com/category/Horror-[sl]-Thriller/Mill-of-the-Stone-Women-(Subkultur-Germany)-(Blu~Ray-All-Region)-.html

...And it doesn't appear correctly above either. I have no idea why all that '[/url][sl]' stuff is part of the link either. For some reason, Diabolik links never seem to work/appear correctly. Weird. In any case, they've got 'em!

Right, when I click on that link (which displays here as truncated), it takes me to the page, but, once I am on that page, if I cut and paste the resulting link (wouldn't they be the same?), this is the result:

http://www.diabolikdvd.com/category/Horror-[sl]-Thriller/Mill-of-the-Stone-Women-(Subkultur-Germany)-(Blu~Ray-All-Region)-.html

You have to click the insert link button on the compose page and post the whole thing in there as the URL. If you just paste the URL into the compose box, the site screws it all up. It has to be done "manually!"
