Most modern games are made to conform with a D65 white point. And even old games look good on a reference display. The only thing that might have to be adjusted on a game-to-game basis is brightness, and you can do that from the game itself without touching the TV settings.

Excited to add Dolby Vision and all the benefits four generations of development in between my 2017 set and now will offer...but mostly of course excited about the bump in size. We are still enjoying the Boxing Day prices on the 77" C2 here in Canada, so the other week in CostCo when I walked past the endcap that has the 65C2 above the 77C2 I just knew it was time and I had to have it.
CONGRATS! Costco is what got me as well. The C1s were heavily marked down prior to the C2 line's arrival so I pulled the trigger on a 65" C1 and have absolutely loved it since. I used the savings to have it professionally calibrated and it eeked out a little bit extra PQ.

I also got mine from Costco, so... welcome to the club.

Going to return my 65 in C2 I got last month, Started getting this black frame flicker regardless of input and settings. Tried turning power saver off, tried turning VRR off, tried rebooting resetting etc. But it is even flickering on a static image built in the TV, so it's not my equipment.

Now question of rebuying a C2 or waiting for this year model or swapping to another brand.

If you rebuy the C2 post up if you still have the problem. I am hopefully jumping on the C2 myself in a few weeks. After comparing it to the upcoming C3 I'd rather save the money and put it into a Sound Bar, etc.
