Anyone else having issues with BB's website? When placing an order, it doesn't seem to recognize my account, so I have input everything. Now after placing 2 orders, each manually, I have zero e-mail confirmations.

I had that issue as well but clicked to send me text updates so I at least have my order # on some sort of digital document and can track it.

It's not the limited edition Destiny 2 PS4 Pro deal from Amazon last week, but it's the exact same price -- Best Buy is selling a regular Pro for $350 and giving a physical copy of Destiny 2 for free.

I ordered the Pro last night because BB had a counter saying their BF prices were ending in 10 minutes. I was still on the fence between going Pro or just buying an external HD for my 1st gen PS4. Decided on the Pro because I'd read too many problems about external HDs failing or messing up due to power interruptions, which we get a lot of. Thirty minutes later I see the price didn't go back up and now they're including Destiny 2. But already their site wouldn't let me cancel, showing it was preparing to ship at 1:30 Sunday morning.

Order a second one and return the first one to the store (or refuse delivery).

The biggest joke is that if Black Friday week didn't just happen, you could've contacted customer support and they would've matched today's offer.

I debated that last night too, but then read reviews for Destiny 2 that convinced me the game didn't sound very good anyway. Still it was rather perturbing. And I'm not one to let others tell me whether or not I'll like something. So I called this morning, and after an hour on hold and about twenty minutes for the foreign CSR (heavy accent) to figure out what could be done, after realizing I was debating returning the order and reordering, he said he'd place a separate no-charge order for the game by itself for me, to avoid the hassle of a return/rebuy.

I was also told that BB's online cancel order option is only good for 30 minutes after placing the order. That's apparently regardless of the day or time of night.
