30. Jurassic World: Dominion

First Viewing. What an awesome movie. I'm a big fan of this series and I cant believe this got such low ratings. I thought it was a fun ride and and one I'll be revisiting often.

A Christmas Story Christmas -

½ (first-time viewing, HBO Max)

I really wanted to like this, but it is not good.
It's not actively bad so much as just lacking in any real laughs and too reliant on callbacks.

Street of Chance ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Burgess Meredith plays a man with double amnesia. Through the course of the film we find out he started out as a happily married office worker. After somehow developing amnesia, he becomes a hoodlum for over a year. He receives a bump on the head and amnesia again ensues as he forgets his hoodlum persona and goes in search of his wife and former life. Just before this second round of amnesia he was on the run from the underworld and has no idea what danger he's in. This is a classic film noir story of an innocent man caught between the law and the underworld.
